Bukod sa Ocean Star 86 na sinasakyan ng 11 na seafarers na ito, may dalawang barko pang nasa laot ngayon ng Dongshan, China bitbit ang mahigit 40 na seafarers na nagnanais din makabalik sa Pilipinas.
